SLEEP: Why It's Important (Part 1/3)

Get Better Sleep [1]

Picture this: Jeff Bezos, one of the wealthiest people in the entire world, closing his laptop at 5:00pm, eating a light dinner at 6:00, reading People We Meet on Vacation at 8:00 in one of those pointy sleeping hats, and turning out the lights at 9:15pm.

We may not know Bezos’ exact evening routine, but we do know this: he makes a solid eight hours of sleep a priority.

I get eight hours of sleep. I prioritize it…I am very focused on it.” Bezos broke down his sleep schedule in an interview in 2018. “I think better. I have more energy. My mood is better,” Bezos says.

We know how hard it can be to prioritize sleep, especially with a never-ending list of goals, tasks, and meetings.

But like Bezos, we can all benefit from high-quality decisions.

Quality decisions come from quality sleep.

Three years from now, you won’t remember the tiny tasks you felt you had to get done tonight. But you will remember the big decisions that put you and your business on the best long-term path.

At Mindhoney, our only goal is to see you achieve yours.

That’s why we created this seven-day sleep challenge. To help our community get the best sleep they’ve had in a long, long time.

Are you an overachiever?
